Reading Lamp
softly illuminates reading surface while the side light offsets digital eyestrain from screens.
This project explored how to construct a reading light that would cast a gentle light on the reading surface while simultaneously casting light off to the side that would visually balance the light coming off a tablet or computer monitor screen. An attempt was made to eliminate hot spots.

Digital eyestrain comes from looking at screens. Some of this can be offset by having a light on the side that can be aimed away from the computer and bounced off a surface — for example a wall.
